Giganci to nie tylko sport. To ludzie, relacje i spotkania, które dzieją się także poza boiskiem. 10 czerwca 2026 r. w warszawskim hotelu Crowne Plaza odbyła się konferencja poświęcona współpracy polsko–tureckiej w obszarach gospodarczych.
Wydarzenie zostało zorganizowane we współpracy z Ambasadą Republiki Turcji w Warszawie i odbyło się pod patronatem Jego Ekscelencji Ambasadora Republiki Turcji w Polsce, Pana Raufa Alpa Denktaşa.
Specjalne przesłanie dla gości spotkania nagrał także Minister Handlu Republiki Turcji, prof. dr Ömer Bolat.

Sala wypełniła się przedstawicielami ponad 30 firm z Polski i Turcji. Rozmowy, wymiana doświadczeń i pierwsze kontakty – dokładnie o to chodziło w tym spotkaniu. Bo często to właśnie od jednego dialogu zaczyna się coś większego.
W wydarzeniu uczestniczyli również przedstawiciele Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu.
Organizatorzy dziękuję radcom handlowym Ambasady Republiki Turcji w Polsce za wsparcie i zaangażowanie w organizację konferencji.
Takie spotkania pokazują, że „gigantyczne” relacje buduje się nie tylko na sportowych parkietach, ale również w biznesie i dialogu między krajami.

Tureckie kluby na Gigantach Siatkówki
Historia sportowych relacji Gigantów Siatkówki z Turcją zaczęła się już w 2013 roku, kiedy to na turniej do Oleśnicy przyjechał Arkas Izmir. Na Dolny Śląsk wrócił też rok później. W 2015 roku - kiedy impreza organizowana była w Szczecinie - po raz pierwszy zjawił się w Polsce Galatasaray Stambuł.
W 2021 roku po raz pierwszy na Gigantach Siatkówki mieliśmy pojedynek Polska - Turcja. W Jelczu-Laskowicach formę Jastrzębskiego Węgla i Skry Bełchatów sprawdziły Galatasaray i Fenerbahce. Galatasaray wróciło na turniej w 2025 roku i zajęło drugie miejsce, przegrywając w finale z ACH Volley Lublana.
Olbrzymią atrakcją dla kibiców w Twardogórze w 2023 roku był przyjazd naszpikowanego gwiazdami kobiecej siatkówki Eczacibasi Stambuł, które wygrało zresztą tamtą edycję "Gigantów".

Giganci Siatkówki is about more than just sport. It is about people, relationships, and meetings that take place beyond the volleyball court. On June 10, 2026, a conference dedicated to Polish–Turkish economic cooperation was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warsaw.
The event was organized in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Warsaw and was held under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Rauf Alp Denktaş, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Poland.
A special message for the conference guests was also recorded by the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat.
The venue was filled with representatives of more than 30 companies from Poland and Türkiye. Discussions, the exchange of experiences, and the establishment of new contacts were exactly what this meeting was all about. After all, something bigger often begins with a single conversation.
Representatives of Poland’s Industrial Development Agency also took part in the event.
The organizers would like to thank the Trade Counsellors of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Poland for their support and commitment to the organization of the conference.
Meetings like this show that “giant” relationships are built not only on sports courts but also through business cooperation and dialogue between countries.

Turkish Clubs at Giganci Siatkówki
The sporting relationship between Giganci Siatkówki and Türkiye dates back to 2013, when Arkas İzmir travelled to Oleśnica to take part in the tournament. The club returned to Lower Silesia the following year.
In 2015, when the event was held in Szczecin, Galatasaray Istanbul made its first appearance in Poland.
In 2021, Giganci Siatkówki hosted its first-ever Poland–Türkiye matchup. In Jelcz-Laskowice, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe tested the form of Jastrzębski Węgiel and Skra Bełchatów. Galatasaray returned to the tournament in 2025 and finished in second place, losing the final to ACH Volley Ljubljana.
A major attraction for fans in Twardogóra in 2023 was the arrival of the star-studded women’s volleyball team Eczacıbaşı Istanbul, which went on to win that edition of Giganci Siatkówki.
